But yeah, I track everything in a regular composition book. All the most serious athletes I know don't use apps because they don't want to be dicking around on their phones during a workout. The only exception is if you're running because it'll track both your mileage AND your times, but even then, you have to hold htis bulky ass phone while you do it or get one of those uncomfortable sweaty shoulder straps.
