I love dieting and healthy nutrition. I'm genuinely excited that today's dinner is cottage cheese with tomatoes, onion and cucumber. Not even pizza or other fast food made me this hyped back when I was a fat shit.

I don't know what went wrong but around age 29 I stopped being able to really perceive or enjoy saltiness of food below absurd levels. It's reshaped my eating habits in pretty dramatic ways no more pizza, spaghetti, or bread related binging that whole category of foods is just dead to me.

I'm 28 and I learned how to appreciate simple and plain food. I still like processed shit, chocolate etc, but in comparison steamed vegetables with rice and chicken taste like ambrosia to me.

Honestly, when you pull away from eating out and getting fast food, you find going back to it is pretty fucking revolting. I hadn't touched much fast food in about 6 months, and went to get some KFC. I couldn't even come close to finishing it off because I could just taste the salt and grease. Dieting the right way changes things
