They don't work
Fat is actually more important than protein, however most people aren't really aware of that
Fat helps you optimize your hormones, no fat= no test
You'll feel like shit all the time and you'll actually start losing muscle
Don't fuck with that shit

I'm doing great, first time a diet has ever worked so well for me
Having constant energy during the day just makes being active so much easier, in fact not having any fat makes it so that I NEVER get drowsy after a meal like I used to
And I can eat to satiety

Still fat so not gonna post body but one day I will

Like a bodybuilder diet basically, or WeightWatchers. Great way to ruin your health. Most micronutrients are found in fat, specifically animal fats.

retarded
lethargy is insane

the ONLY real diet that has ever made me truly debloat + feel great was geting 70% of my carbs from veggies and fruits with a diverse selection of meat (as in eating chicken, beef, pork, fish and not restricting myself to chicken). theres not muich science, just eat clean.
brocolli is elite btw

What are we counting as โ€lowโ€? You need some 30-40g a day for hormonal function, going below that is not advisable, but you can hit your hormonal health threshold in like 3-4 eggs a day

Just have an omelette in the morning and thatโ€™s your day sorted hormone wise

fat makes me greasy; carbs and protein do not
sugar rapidly heals my injuries and prevents sleepiness for days at a time; however, it reduces my libido and shrinks my balls

15-30g (130-260cal) of fat is ideal for hormone maintenance. The rest of my macros are split 60/40 carb/protein, with lots of the carbs coming from non-bread veggies and beans and such.

the first point is simply false
>fat is more important than protein
it isn't, your organs are almost completely composed of water and protein except for adipose tissue and your brain
whole body protein turnover shows us that protein has to be far more important than any other macronutrient, we can go for months without eating a single gram of fat on a synthetic diet because there is already like hundreds of thousands of calories worth of fat in the adipose of the average man, but guess what happens if you have no amino acids comin in from the diet... your organs catabolize and no it's not just your muscles but your heart, lungs, digestive system, brain, kidneys, liver, skin, cartilage, bones, tendons you name it.

There is literally 0 proof that protein deficiency exists
It's just calorie deficiency (aka starvation) which causes these problems

I've been eating this for 2 months now:
Breakfast : Some frozen fruit with some sugar
No Lunch
Dinner : Rice with some veggies (no salt)(its mostly onions(real onions) peppers, carrots)
OR Rice with Sweet potatoes (no salt, no oil of course)

Apparantly high insulin and fat consumption means higher fat storage.

Not sure how low you mean but I've gotten like 80-90% of my calories from carbs and protein and felt fine.

Really high carb diets are kind of a cheat code for cutting imo. I'm not sure about eating low fat with lots of protein. But low fat with moderate protein and high carbs definitely works, it makes me lose a lot of body fat, though also some muscle. Conversely when I want to build muscle I find myself drinking a lot of whole milk, I honestly believe the fat in milk has some kind of muscle building property. It makes me gain some fat too though.

I'm not basing this off studies so don't yell at me, this is just my personal experience

Do saturated fats play into weight gain or are they just a pest for cardiovascular health?
