I have devised a system for weight loss. not eating some days and eating fully others.
for example. i dont eat 2 days a week, eat maintenance 5 days a week. ive lost on average 5 lbs a week. i dont know how but it actually happened
not eating at all is better than eating below maintenance every day. your body will optimize for the eating amount.
