I am in a cut and here is what I ate today:
Breakfast: two fried eggs with a cup of shredded cheese and siracha, a nature's bakery fig bar, a Celsius, and a premier protein shake.
Lunch: chicken salad (chicken and mayonnaise mixed with kale and cucumber)
Snack: Greek yogurt and honey with tea
Dinner: whole grain spaghetti and salmon with meat flavored marinara sauce
How did I do?
