>>76413486 (OP)Yeah, lost it for a bit when I bulked up to about 210lbs, but now that I've cut back down to 190lbs I can do one (1). Used to be able to do two per arm though when I was mainly focusing on calisthenics and weighed 165. Now I can bench 315 for reps as well though so I would say that's a good tradeoff.
