Why do gyms offer pizza?
Isnt it counterproductive?

Did they stop doing this? I've been at 2 different planet fatness branches for like 6 years and they've never given away shit

Calling Planet Fitness a gym says more about you than it does them

Planet fitness is actually decent now
No lunk alarms active, many have free weights and they stopped giving out pizzas

I wish they gave out pizza like one day a week or something. Having to get a whole pizza and ration it over 3 days to not be overeating or having my macros skewed is a much bigger agony than just having slice then not having pizza.

My gym still has the alarm on the wall and the "definition of a lunk" but like there's at least 20 old dudes that look roided out in their sleeveless tank.
The girls at the reception are hot and in their 20's. In my 30's hoping they see my progress and beard and want to go home with me. It's played out in my head at least 3 times and it's perfect.
