Sorta I don't do the binge eating thing but
breakfast: skip
lunch: just protein and maybe a carrot or some nuts
1st dinner: only hot meal of the day with a significant amount of carbs
2nd dinner: first dinner's cold leftovers just spaced out a little to avoid insulin spikes

It's pretty sustainable and low effort.

Oh how little you know.... you think fat people eat all day? LMAO

Real fat people starve themselves all day as to give the appearance it's not their fault, then after work they go home and binge

Fat people already literally do OMAD

OMAD is fucking awful if you're an over-eater, because its extremely easy to get a ton of calories once you get going...

The best way to lose fat unironically is to have multiple meals throughout the day where you never let yourself get too hungry.

to extend on this

if you even just a small peice of meat + veg for launch, you're 1000X less likely to eat a big dinner, because your body will still absorbing and content with the high protein + vegetable you had at lunch, and thus youre less likely to binge/overeat

Nobody can put themselves on the extreme calorie surplus needed to maintain obese weights on a single meal. Fat people are fat precisely because they never allow themselves to feel hunger. I bet you're fat too. Post your body, coward.

It just lowers metabolism though, you can achieve close to the same sheer fat loss if you are good at insulin timing since more than 2 days on a deficit seems to be where my metabolism lowers significantly.

Eh... everyone is different, personally I prefer to take a pre-workout snack like a chocolate bar, and then I take a post-workout protein drink.... and that keeps me sorted for the entire day and then I eat 1 meal at night.

If I didn't have that chocolate bar + protein drink in the morning when i work out I dont think id have the energy to lift and then stay awake for the entire day

I'm fat and have been 2MAD for years. If I really wanted to lose weight I would do a ~2000 calorie meal in the middle of the day so by the time I'm hungry again I'm too tired to bother eating.

I've done this for years. Probably why I havent been over 150lbs since I was 14. 5'9".

I'm 37 now and walk around at 137ish. I was up to around 150 a year or so ago but shit went south with my relationship and I am very good at OMAD or not eating at all.

Wish I could be a fat fucking pig but it was extremely uncomfortable to just get up to 150.

Your metabolism doesn't turn off. Never said it was a fuck ton of carbs most days it's about 150-200g about what I need replenish glycogen so I can perform exercise at the same capacity. If I'm cutting I generally cut carbs to about 100 just enough so I can sleep. Also this thread isn't explicitly about weightloss if anything you're going to spend way more time eating maintence than bulking or cutting so it's the part that needs the most practice and sustainability. But I lose weight easily when I want to.

I've been doing low carb OMAD for around a month and have lost ~23 lbs so far, feeling pretty good and OMAD is easy to maintain (for a fatass with lots of energy reserves)

Nah I think it depends. If I do OMAD for awhile my stomach gets smaller and my appetite adjusts to it.

I do something similar. I work 12 hours days and will get dizzy and nauseous but the late afternoon. Have a vodka penned with chicken. Big and carby enough to gold me over till lunch the next day, which is great cuz I just want to sleep and not eat when I get home. Been working out ok
