Also on fajitas and scarpariello, for reheatable, chinese beef sushi and steak teryaki/srirachamayo rice.

You can drink carbs and shit but the glycogen depletes sooner or something so even after 1000 cals of soda youre fucked in 30mins of lifting, so i eat 2 meals before lifting to get more heavy volume in.

Just dont fucking hard bulk beyond reason until you can get a pump on every muscle chest is the hardest, then you can at least bulk and be building muscle. Then you can build that around heavy mivements.
