I'm not sore on my gym days because I follow a program that's not designed by a retard and I get good sleep and enough protein.

i dont really have a set schedule, i just been going whenever i am not flaring and lifting until i plap out
i can go closer to failure since i do mostly calisthenics

I'll take it easier if shit feels off but if its soreness then i'll just do it but that rarely happens with a set schedule

I work out when I feel strong in the muscle group again, but I also aim for reps of 12-15 so ymmv
