How do you manage to have energy to workout after you come home from work.

I just do a little bit of exercise for like a minute or two and on a good day it snowballs into me having the energy to do more after I realize "oh this isn't so bad."

You have to understand that you're not actually "low on" energy. You just feel that way. I just go to the gym and do my sets, and funny enough I can stick with the programmed reps and weight whether I feel tired or not.

Just tell yourself you're going to do fuckoff exercises for like a minute or two and then see if you want to do more once those minutes end. If you tell yourself you're gonna go for an hour you'll probably just wind up not doing it.

You dont go home and then the gym.

You go to the gym and then home.

If you sit down at home once you’re back from work you’re not getting back up again.

Same reason most kids never get top grades in school.

You go to the library and do homework then go home.

If you try to come home then go to the library its never gonna happen you aint going back out.

Its usually how I approach it, that 'go to the gym automatically habit' just doesn't seem to form for me so I need to trick myself that way on the regular

I get the energy to work out from intense self-loathing.

You're a pussy bitch with no motivation
Nobody cares about you botching and whining and as a matter of fact, you are even more feminine for making this post.
You are 2 missing testicles away from being a whiny bitch ass woman.
Can you just man the fuck up for ONCE in your fucking life?
Being a man is varying levels of pain and suffering, if you cannot accept this then please proceed to your closest but tallest building and do a flip

I simply work out at work on the clock
Your work doesn't have a free gym?

The answer: I don’t.

I try to workout before work. Yes it means waking up early af, but I found that it’s the best way to build healthier habits doing it that way. It means when you finally get off work and get home, you’re tired af. So in order to minimize the time it takes for you to actually lay down in bed, you start optimizing things in your free time. Laying out your gym clothes, meal prepping so you have dinner waiting for you, etc..
Besides, it’s crazy how much more productive you become when you’re a morning person. Once the sun starts to set, most people aren’t doing chores or grinding, they’re winding down for the day. Imagine how much more you could have done if you woke up at 6 as opposed to 9.
