woah its almost like i said a billion times on /fit/ in the past 10 years that lean gaining is a myth outside of noob gains phase (first few months lifting) or your 1st steroid cycle (basically what is noob gains 2.0)

What do you mean? You didn't gain weight? Then it wasn't a bulk. You didn't get stronger? Then something's wrong with your program or recovery. You don't look different? You shouldn't rely on appearance to track progress, focus on measurements.
