I started fasting about 82 hours ago, and I'm keeping on it until my hunger returns. Toned down on the cardio a little bit, and doing lighter weights at the gym.
Weirdly though, even through the last 82 hours I haven't felt any dips in strength, despite starting my fast in ketosis. About 8 pounds down, and through experimentation today, I can still reliably do my regular splits, at the normal weights, and I'm not feeling any fatigue. Is this normal, and when should I stop the fast?
>I am taking snake juice and glucose/sugar/carb free preworkouts
>No coffee, just water aside from the above beverages
>Usually spend 90 minutes a day in the gym, plus approx 7km of walking
