Do whatever you can. Legs should be unaffected.

Most pressing movements can probably be done to a pretty high level of intensity.

Lighter curling and pulling movements. Use your brain and use your hands as much as the pain will allow, within reason. You will heal faster if you do this.

Buy those wrist straps you can attach to weights. Normally I would say those are for pussies who cannot into grip strength but they will perfect for your injury.
