I disagree. For women general fitness comes first. The hormonal unbalance they get after giving birth and then after menopause literally fucks their system. Without a good physical condition they are screw when the moment comes. As a bonus, keeping a good athletic body provides correct fat distribution control.

You almost got it right. On a healthy and fit woman, excess bodyfat (within reason) looks good. The women who have "genetically good bodyfat distribution" are the ones who are healthy - their hormones and cardiovascular syatemt arent fucked, so they place the fat in good areas and their blood/circulation/lymnph system doesnt allow pooling and water bags and cankles and shit to form.
