Hey anons,I'm finally at a healthy weight after 2.5 years of losing weight and am going to maintain for about a year while lifting then get into bulking/cutting. thoughts on this maintenance plan to make sure I don't gain too much back? When I was a teenager I lost all my weight but gained it all back like a retard so I'm terrified of it happening again. I've never really had to maintain weight before, just lose it so I'm not entirely sure about what I'm doing.
>Keep tracking what I eat
>Continue lifting
>Pay attention to how my clothes feel
>Weigh myself regularly to make sure I'm in a good weight range
For that last one, would you guys say 150-160 pounds is a good healthy weight range for a 5'6" (don't laugh) man? If I step on the scale and I'm 160 pounds, then that's my call to eat less for a week or two

You'll be fine. Since you've already demonstrated your ability to put the fork down and lose weight, it will only be easier to do so when you've got a high metabolic rate due to accumulated muscle mass.

Lift consistently and eat nutrient dense foods. Want ice cream? Settle for a protein shake with bananas and blueberries or something. Want pizza? Make meat and veggies and cheese and skip the bread. Want cereal? Stick to oatmeal with whey. Etc.
