Anyone else has forward head posture?
>recessed chin or jaw causes forward head posture because that is the optimal position to have the airways most open to breathe.
>causes sway back posture as well as the body balances itself
>appear a little shorter and like you're always slouching even if you're standing in a comfortable but upright position.
But when you do a chin tuck, to see what it would look like to "fix" the posture, the chin is basically recessed into the neck.
Does fixing this bad posture inevitably lead to looking subhuman?
