Even if you find a non-dutched bar it's still going to be packed with heavy metals. Instead get a supplement that contains the same flavonoids.

As for your question, the supplement I would take if you are trying to slow down your comt is quercetin, that way you can avoid having to eat a ton of onions and apples.
