Me (190lbs, 5'11") just picked up and bridal carried (front carry) my girlfriend (250lbs, 5'3") for the first time.

I want to personally thank Rippetoe and /fit/ board culture 10+ years ago for autistic 5x5 programming from a bygone era (I deadlift 5pl8+) that made this feat possible with zero training experience in lifting odd objects/strongman.
