Nihilist cucks who think it's a one step exercise like the bench or deadlift where you have an A->B learning path for technique and one learning curve.
At least start with a high pull then progress to power cleans into squats, you dont need to go under parallel you're not klokov or li dayin. It's one of the most fun lifts to see progress in no matter how small it is

I just power clean to train vertical, leaned forward quad work, wide grip narrow stance fast dls, strict fast squats.

Dont oly lifters bounce the weight on their thigh? Id rather train running jumps than that white people shit.

I've tried, but I simply don't have the coordination to do it right.
I can do a long-pull clean into a push press at 120kg (90kgbw), which feels very based, but I can see that girl in the picture is doing like 30kg more than that and she looks half my size lmao.
