I was pretty happy with how it turned out. I ended up feeling like I ate a whole pizza, which I pretty much did, but with a thin nut and cheese crust I didn't feel guilty. I really didn't cheat at all. Just feels like it.
Would a yeasty, chewy real wheat flour dough pizza have been better. Hell yes it would have. But I'd feel like pummeled shit for two days after eating it.
Nowhere near me serves slices. I wouldn't mind a slice now and then.
