Should I do sit-ups or crunches for my ab routine? And should be ab workout be its own day or should I include it with leg day.

You dont need core training more than x1 every 2 weeks if you go heavy enough on compounds and dont use gay accessories like straps and belts, bracing will unironically be enough
Maybe include it with back day

you dont neglect your tricep isolation because OHP and bench activates it
my ab sets take like 7 minutes and only after starting to do them did they ever pop up
