What? No, the lower class is fat and obese, manual labor doesn't actually make you fit it breaks your body. Gym culture is mostly a middle to upper-middle class thing, and the upper class have shredded physiques due to personal chefs/trainers and lots of free time because of surplus wealth from bullshit jobs.
