Fuck I hate how the gym has busy hours.
There's never any parking.
There's never any space.
There are people misusing and hogging equipment.

But it still feels better than being some home gym faggot I guess.

A home gym with quality equipment is the best thing in the world. You can have it one day, no need to get mad that it isn't an option for you today.

Seethe and dilate. You want a home gym but you can't have one because you live in an apartment because you're poor. Have fun sharing equipment with boomers doing meme exercises

By the time most people have a house that they put an adequately stocked (this is key) homegym in they're well into their physical downslope but have likely already won at life rendering the homegym that much less meaningful.

Some adjustable dbs, and a pullup bar in a molding apartment is not an adequate gym.

I'm there at 0400 and have all 7 squat racks to myself.

Have you tried going at another time?

I lift for every possible advantage it can provide except longevity simply since I'm not yet at an age where I'll hemorrhage lean mass if I stop but when I'm there I'll lift for that too.

Have you ever thought of buying your own dumbbells?
Reduces time waiting at the gym for this specific equipment and can be used at home for days you can't make it to the gym.
Only reason to go to the gym is to use barbells and other equipment you can't purchase or have the room for.

Mostly young adults and sometimes a few older teenagers. All types of races.

Almost all of them aren’t serious lifters. I don’t consider myself myself that strong but usually am lifting the most every time I’m there

My last workout as I am just declaring this a bitch thread
>need the smith machine
>see couple tie up one of two smith machines for 40 minutes
>hip thrust using 75 pounds, both of them doing the same weight

I couldn't figure out who I would rape and who would have to watch I saw them in the parking lot.

>doing machine calf raises, fuck yea, 1 PR on the first set
>drive by old spice attack
>plug nose, doesn't help
>lose form control
>make it a quarter of a way through my 2nd set, just walked away after that.

>see this young blonde thing doing jumping jacks and watching everyone
>she had bouncy tits
>end of story

I am poor AF, but still have stuff at home. It doesn't replace the gym. My home workout has done wonders for mobility. I won't to calf stretching in the gym, but I will at home.
