I don't plan on stopping. I'm finally at a point in my life where I can just focus all my attention on the gym and improving myself and that's what I'm going to do. I've got a nice small quiet gym and it suits me perfectly.

Don't be a fucking baby. Barbells and gym equipment are not toys. Learn to respect them by learning what they can do to you if you fuck up.
>always lift inside a power rack with safeties
>always warm up
>always ramp up
>never do stupid meme lifts like preacher bicep tears or 800lb leg crush or clean and snap
>never ego lift, respect your limits. Only attempt a 1RM once a month, if ever.
>never let go of the barbell unless it is completely racked
>never squat without a squat plug
