I'm new to lifting. I have zero injuries. I've never lifted weights until now. Always been naturally skinny yet athletic, but not so much "strong". Now, every time after I lift weights, my lower back goes out the next day then I'm 100% incapacitated for 5 days, laying in bed. This is the 10th time in a row, happens every time. My workouts aren't even lower-back-centric, I don't deadlift or anything like that. I use proper form and slow reps. I'm doing anything obviously stupid I promise you, I google the proper form.

Assuming you aren't 80 years old or trolling, kettlebell swings and bodyweight squats > goblet squats > empty barbell squats >squats and yes, deadlift.

What exercises?
As a guess, weak posterior chain. Building lower back muscles. Do bodyweight at first and less set or reps, you want to be sore not bedridden.
