I did that for a few months. Got a 265lb bench out of it did 4 days per week. 100 in as few sets as possible

How much do you weigh? If you're heavy then I imagine a lower rep amount is expected
I'm 165lbs and doing 30 per set is easy for me now, don't really have a frame of reference for how good this is though
