I despise barbell rows. The only time I ever injured myself lifting was doing barbell row and it was my fucking hamstring. I hurt my leg on an upper body lift, fuck. Plus I always hated the way it felt even before that. Just cumbersome and awkward. I do enjoy dumbbell rows and inverted rows however.

You are correct OP. Don't let anyone shame you otherwise. Free yourself from the tyranny of the doesjacksquat and the deadendlift. If you can walk, you don't need to train legs. The only circumstances in which you might conceivably need to squat 200+lbs is if you are a soldier or a fireman. Then you might have to lift a human being onto your back. Anyone over 200lbs is obese and therefore wouldn't be a fellow soldier, and who the fuck wants to lug a massive fatoid through a burning building? It's an upper body business bro, no girl has ever dropped her panties for calf muscles.

inferior to seated cables rows, chest supported row machine, db rows, pendlay rows >chest flies
dumb exercise, just do dips, db bench, incline bench >deadlifts
outclassed by rdls, sldls, and barbell back extensions >squats
Lmao faggot, learn how to squat and learn how to love it. There is no substitute.
