What a lot of people don't tell you is that if your arms are beyond a certain length relative to your shoulder width its almost impossible to activate your pecs with barbell bench press.
t. 6'11" wingspan but only 6'4" in height

arching your back is for retards. The upper chest is the most commonly underdeveloped muscle area in the world. Even most jacked guys have a weak upper chest with lack of definition. By arching your back you are depriving yourself of the one bit of development you probably need the most. And you are doing it because it allows you to ego-lift 5 more pounds. Pathetic.

This is how I do this particular exercise? What is wrong with it?
