5'10" 138ish lbs.

I was up to 155ish and life shit happened.
To get to that weight was super uncomfortable with the amount of food I had to eat.

Maybe I should try a mass gainer.
And yes, I get down on carbs.

Drink most of your calories, you will gain weight. Also start taking 7-10g of creatine if you can.

You do have some muscle. It's all you'll ever have if you cut. You don't even know what cutting is. It's just getting to stage weight. Because that's the desired weight for stage time. Just get to your desired weight and then lift until it's also your desired body fat to muscle ratio.

Yep. I'm 194cm tall and 72kg, and i literally cannot gain weight. I will stuff myself to the point of vomiting for weeks, drink 2 liters of milk a day on top of that, gain a kilo or two, then eat like i normally would (1,
maybe 2 meals a day) for 2 or 3 days due to exams or no time to stuff myself and instantly lose that 1-2 kilo i gained. I had finals earlier this month so i dedicated myself to studying and didn't focus on eating - lost 5 kilo in 2 weeks.

Cereal and granola with milk really helps me. I can easily get 1000 calories with it in 30min with no prep or cooking and it does not taste bad
