yeah, a month ago i could barely do one but now usiling lifting shoes my stability increased and i can do about 10 reps on each leg. i dont feel doms at all

I suspect these fucks to only do one rep for their stupid reel/short, and others who rep it don't care for hypertrophy so I also suspect them to just drop to the bottom position (no negative, no constant tension, pointless range of motion..) and rebound (elastic restoring)

You know it's a bit like how everyone in highschool would brag about doing 80 pushups in a row, despite having no muscles on their frame

Turns out it's all bounce, no mind muscle connection, etc..

Even if you consider world record holders for push ups and pull ups, a lot of them look dyel
