Listen I have been locked into a daily struggle with calorie counts. The past three days I have closed within 600 to 300 calories of my goal, but haven’t managed to seal the deal yet.
The real issue is that my intake in 4080, and although I know that in order to bulk I need to eat, guys, it’s just hard as hell forcing myself to do so. I just got out of prison after doing 9 years, and although I thought I could smash it my stomach is the size of small child’s. For example, so you guys know I’m not lying, when I was on 4chan the captchas didn’t require a cryptologist to decipher.
My question for you you guys is, if you could be so helpful, would be in what ways you manage to make you intake mark/ tricks to get just that last bit.

liquids are always easier to force down than solids so if you really need the extra calories make a smoothie with shit like whole milk, a bit of olive oil, or peanut butter or literally whatever. Honestly just ask chatgpt for a good smoothie recipe with whatever you have in your house currently and just add a bit of olive oil (you won't notice it and it's like the most dense in calories liquid out there). It's gross drinking a ton to bulk in general but it's definitely easier than solids if your stomach is the limit
