Classic PPL or UL splits have way too much pec and lat work giving you that turtle or spider mode look

As a natty should do UL but swap one upper body day with a pure arm day, or else you’ll look goofy

Nah. Just eplace PPL with Arnold's Torso-Arms-Legs and UL with Chest+Shoulders+Arms/Legs+back. Spider physique solved

You're allowed to swap exercises to target muscles that are lagging behind. that's why looking at yourself in the mirror and posing is so important.

I just do arms on one of the leg days of UL. So ULxUx(Arms+L)x

Depends what exercises you do. I don't even do tricep isolations because bench, ohp, and rows are enough.

Aside from that as you're reaching your max on pec/lats your arms should catch up if you weren't training them as much.
