I finally got lean after trying for 2 years, my face looks 10x better now, also dropped the creatine so the bloat is gone, people treat me differently everywhere I go, everytime I enter a bus or public transport I have girls eye fucking me, I was invisible at 15-20%.

I don't ever wanna get above 10-12% again but my energy levels aren't as high as when I was a fat fuck so ye my lifts and muscles shrinked a bit and my pumps don't last that long anymore but the benefits of being lean just feels like it out weights being a fat fuck with more muscle.

What is the solution for this dilemma?

the solution is to get your baseline lower.
if you have 30% bodyfat but you are on a deficit, your energy levels arent as high.
if you are 25% bodyfat, but you are on a deficit, your energy levels arent as high.
if you are 15% bodyfat, but you are maintaining and eating instinctively your TDEE, your energy leves are high.

Same goes for 10-12%. It doesnt count if you reach certain weight or bodyfat by suicide cutting on a 1000kcal deficit. You have to reach that weight in a way that is sustainable and make it your baseline so you can eat +3000kcal and still weigh the same.

so for example if your goali s 75kg bw, you cant suicide cut to 75kg and reach that on a weekly low weigh in. and then when you relapse for a day or two you are back to 80kg. your lowest weigh in should probably be closer to like 72kg, and then when you switch back to maintenance and fill your glycogen storages, water weight etc. that 75kg is your "rebound" weight instead of 80

interesting, when i was a 10-12% lean machine my energy levels were through the roof
now that i'm at like 19-21% (skinnyfat) my energy levels are somewhat lower
i'm actually working on losing the fat lol

Being lean just tastes better than any food I've eaten, ye food is tasty and gives you that dopamine hit but what if you had that dopamine 24/7 throughout the day?
This is how I feel after I got lean, it's just amazing seeing ur abs in daylight and I can't stop taking pictures of myself, this shit is too addicting, god I look so good now I don't even care about food anymore.

Try "cutting" past the first 2 days of lifting hard, and dont go so hard your bmr gets lower. Im god tier fitness iq so i can lose weight and gain muscle like this since i had to learn in jail on 20g protein, i grew like half an inch biceps in a month with just learning to keep bmr high(actually keep it low and save food so you can bulk for a day or 2 and gain no fat it all goes to muscle). As long as bmr is high you wont gain fat with every meal since test/hgh is peak.
