My regular diet/routine consists of:
IF so first meal of the day is afternoon
> 1 cup of activia yogurt and 20-30 blueberries for breakfast
> 1 cup of espresso as pre workout
> workout 6-7 days a week, 30 minutes of cardio followed by 2-3 lifts with supersets
> 2-3 Grilled chicken breast for dinner, lettuce and cucumbers on the side - if I have a time crunch, chicken shawarma (just chicken or on salad)
> Protein shake with 2 scoops of whey and one 5mg scoop of creatine mixed with 0%-2% milk, sometimes almond milk
> whole avocado 1-2 times a week
> sometimes a cheat meal on weekends within macro needs, 2-3 beer pints once a month
Been doing this about a month and have noticed some recomp for sure but wanted to ask if this seemed like a fair and stable diet considering the primary goal of dropping body fat %age from the 20s into the low teens
Generally maintaining a fairly aggressive calorie deficit but wondered if there are any pitfalls or things Iām missing in my routine. Feel free to drop your routine for an audit too
