It's to normalize the nutrition facts on the back
Personally I just normalize to nutrition facts per 100g

It means that there is 5.4 kg whey in that bag which are 18 servings. That means you can eat from that pack 18 times before its empty.

So you take 5.4kg and divide it by 18 and then you get 0,3. So each serving is 300grams.

That means each protein shake will have 300 grams of powder.

You can have one protein shake every day and it will last you 18 days!

Let me know if there is anything else you are wondering about and i will do my best to answer!
