Looks kind of like it but if it doesnt feel like a hard lump when you grab it then its probably just fat.
Go get a mammogram to confirm. I had to get one and have slight gyno but it's barely noticeable and if youre not completely skeletonmode it wont really show.
Grow your pecs and dont get too shredded to hide it a bit.
