Did 50 pushups today. Chill comfy Saturday night playing chess with a TV show I've seen 500 times playing in the background.

Lost 6kg/12lbs in last 2 months. It might be slow, but its steady and solid, and combined with changed habits (in progress) gives me hope.

I'm sure you're following a program right now, but it sounds like you could probably do 2pl8 right now if you wanted to. At least for one.

Got a new job recently. Starts really early so I don't have time to work out before it and I'm too tired/sore afterwards to do it when I finish. That said, I just had my first workout since last weekend and by god I feel unstoppable. Did more sets today that I've ever done in one session and the most weight I've lifted in one session with my shitty homegym equipment (not as much as in a proper gym tho). Hoping after a few more paydays, I'll be able to upgrade, improve and expand the set-up to pump the numbers even higher

>My Silver-Age Legion of Super-Heroes Omni Vol 3 arrives tomorrow.
>Tried to get a girl and she's interested, so I know Unc still got it (I'm taken though)
>Programming is going well
>My lifts are all progressing
It's too bad my Grandfather had to pass away. It would've been a really great week.
