DEENZ vs Salmon

My Costco stopped stocking the cheap sockeye salmon cans. Thinking of making my work salads with sardines intsead. Which is better for long-tearm gains and health

canned sockeye? onlly ever seen canned pink in the kirkland brands. very good value tho and not much worse than sockeye.
if you get the largest bulk order of wild planet sockeye with discounts its around $8/can, which is about triple what you'd be paying for kirklands pink.
In terms of the gains/health, its virtually the same. Deenz has more omegas, Salmon has more vit D and protein. Deenz is always going to be massively cheaper unless youre getting some crazy portuguese shit.

Actually it is canned pink. Not sure why I thought sockeye.
Starting to think sardines would make a better salad anyway. Just gotta watch the salt

yea, the fatty texture of sardine is way better with a crunch imo. salmon is firmer and better on its own. pic related crunchy deenmash that i was eating every morning

keep crackin' can crew. remmember, anytime somebody talk about bpa, or micro plastic, or mercury, these are all ruses designed to foil your enjoyment of a delicious meal in a can.

Sardines have better micros. I think they taste better but it has been a while since having canned salmon.

ive gone through 40lbs of tilapia in the past year.. became quite addicted to fish tacos.
anyways.. you've never had tilapia until you have had it as fresh as this place ships it. you can prepare it all kinds of ways.
its really like chicken

almost nowhere in the world is the fish not frozen.
at least this is flash frozen and individually sealed
best fish i ever had.. you don't eat 40lbs in 9 months without it being of some quality

where and what would you do with 10lbs of non-frozen fish?

It's a terrible price on Tilapia either way, if it's not 4 bucks a pound it's not worth buying. Even then chicken breast is still $2 a pound

Unfortunately they only drill holes in your guts and die a couple days later.
