Your body is a famine survival frame, and will chimp out hard at the sight of food when you get below the food shortage warning threshold which is genetic and usually at around 10-15%bf.
So don't do that unless you earn a living by modelling at an unhealthily low bf%.

Eating disorder. It was shitty. Trying to do physical labor outdoors, at elevation, in the winter and losing 15kg in 3 months and carrying on at a slower rate of loss was pretty awful. No energy, boner broken, I was like a wasted old man for years. I was 186cm and 56kg at the worst. Literally mentally ill.
Starting to lift again probably saved my life.

It would be nice to see one where each person has roughly the same size muscles at different body fat percentages, but that seems like it would take a lot more work than just slapping a bunch of photos together.
