Why do you do this? I can see myself doing this as a leg day warmup. I tried doing some walking lunges to get blood flowing, I will probably do it again. Tell me how you incorporate these.

I incorporated the exercise into my warm ups during visits to the gym, then tackled it at home on days when I wasn't training (with moderate weight).

I can see this being useful for squats. Or sumo deadlifts. I pull conventional though.
