99% sure I have this from improper abs exercises (I no longer do them) in addition to excess visceral fat (working on losing it. I’m only about 30lbs overweight, but most of my fat is visceral which sucks). From what I’ve read this condition is mostly present in pregnant women, but can occur for men too. Have had lower back pain, slight erectile dysfunction, a weak core, and hemorrhoids which are all symptoms in addition to a visible oval shaped bulge above my bellybutton if I sit in a crunch position on my back. Anyone else have to deal with this condition? If so any tips?
>>76448410 (OP)I noticed blacks have this shit disproportionately
>>76448417Never realized it, but now that you mention it…
>>76448417They probably hold a lot more visceral fat.
>>76448410 (OP)Isn't this literally just weak abs + lots of visceral fat AKA anterior pelvic tilt
>>76448867No. The only thing you said that was right is having excessive visceral fat. It’s pretty close to having a full blown hernia and often requires surgery to fix.
>>76448410 (OP)Post an actual pic of it not this xray shit
>>76449359How are you supposed to see something that is under the skin you fucking mouth breather. The only thing there is too see is if someone has the bulge which literally looks like a hernia. Google it if you want to see that so badly
>>76448417lmao yeah, just look at the shit they consider food. I'd be surprised if any of their organs still had a function other than fat storage
Do the exercises they recommend for postpartum mothers. In my experience they're fucking difficult to perform correctly and made me realize just how weak my core really was.
