Why is raw milk considered dangerous? I don't even put my raw milk in the refrigerator and sometimes drink it 10 days after purchase. However, I don't recommend this to everyone, only to people who regularly eat raw animal products.

If I had done the same thing with pasteurized milk, I would be dead.

I just found a place to order it to where I live, I hope it's authentic, God I miss having raw milk.
Good bacteria, good protein, good fat, food calcium, it's like Mana for Europeans.

>This week's health warnings about soft cheeses made from unpasteurized milk were based on 35 recent cases of tuberculosis in New York City that are believed to have been linked to raw-milk products.
>The cases occurred from 2001 to 2004 and were caused by Mycobacterium bovis, which can be found in raw milk from infected cattle, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYCDH) said in a Mar 15 statement. In one case, a 15-month-old child died of complications of M bovis infection.

If raw milk is so good then why don't people isolate the bacteria present in it, make a culture, then pasteurize and re-inoculate the milk with things that aren't giardia?

Ah, yes! Must be all the raw milk zoomers drink that give them cancer. Certainly not the ultra processed goyslop destroying the gut biome.
If you're concerned about bad bacteria, make kefir of the raw milk.

>It's more "active"! It has live cultures!
Why not buy normal milk and just ferment it yourself with whatever cultures you want?

I've been making probiotics yogurts labans, and soft cheeses for years and never had a problem.

Because they have weak systems.
Just because some faggot goes out and gets burned in the sunlight dos that mean we should all avoid the Sun?
I was raised on Raw Milk, and I attribute it to the fact that I never get sick, while all my friends are getting shots and vaccines and are sick constantly, I Never get sick because I can handle more bacteria.
Raw Honey is also based.

>>76449568
I'm not familiar, but that just seems redundant at the very least. If pasteurization kills the beneficial bacteria, then I'm not sure if the bacteria your getting from this process is the same.

>>76450339
If everyone switched we'd have a million less retards running around the planet complaining about raw milk. I and several other kids I knew when I was young were raised on raw milk, and we're all doing better then the ones who weren't.
Maybe you're just a weak faggot who deserves to die.

NTA but it's a different product. Different taste and texture, plus if you let it get sour it's like kefir (we call it "slept milk" in my country) and you can make cheese with it. Idgaf about health benefits, but its tasty no matter how you look at it.

That said, I'd never buy this shit from a retailer, and I warm it up before drinking if I do drink it instead of making something out of it.

au contre
heating the milk to ~70C and holding for 15 mins before adding your own culture not only pasteurizes the milk it also denatures the milk protein which makes firmer yogurts and better cheese.
I used to not bother, but after lots of experiments it makes a huge difference imo

Being a modern goy slave who gets to buy a bunch of fancy goy products and rape the natural world into oblivion, is that what "Making It" looks like?
The world would be better, and filled with stronger people. And given that I can actually survive a glass of milk unlike you, whose really the successful one?

>>76450686
Ya idgaf about the taste, it's about the health benefits. I'm confident, though not certain, that there is bacteria you're only going to get from the cow itself. it's just redundant to take the bacteria out and put it back in. Flavor is for faggots.

I mean, yes, there's bovine-derived cultures. We use them in yogurt making and in many, many other areas.
they can't colonize the human gut due to the temperature difference so they're literally, genuinely nothing special.
>its redundant
not really no.
you're making sure only the bacteria you want multiply, and more importantly no harmful bacteria multiply.

If you're looking for ACTUAL health benefits look up bacteria that can compete in the human gut.

Maybe this is the difference in my philosophy then.
When I go out in the woods I eat every mushroom I can find even if I know that it's poison. I also don't get rabis shots or vaccines or anything, and subject myself to as much shit as possible to see if I can survive it.
I prefer the unfiltered shit, this is not to say unsanitary, but no bacteria is bad bacteria for me, at least not yet.
Then again, I also have some rare genetics that make this easier for me.

Because the science is flawed, we learned through things like the Harvard research scandals, and through lobbying and funding, the establishment is exclusively funding only those ideas which are conducive to its agenda.
An excellent example is Protein controversy, there are a lot of other doctors and medical personal coming out wondering why the recomended protein intake is so low, the google AI shows:
>0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight. For example, a person who weighs 165 pounds, or 75 kilograms, should consume 60 grams of protein per day.
This is criminally low, so low in fact that many doctors are wondering why they would recommend something so low in the first place, given how crucial protein is to the diet.
The establishment lies, and the research that you're seeing is funded to appear on the top page, despite a lot of evidence to the contrary.

I think you're looking at it negatively.
I rather enjoy learning all these things about my body, and learning how to better take care of myself. The results speak for themself, and sooner or later is becomes effortless.
The world and all it provides is awesome, it's us and our desire for industrial cheap solutions that ruins all that is good in this world.

No, not really. It's only if you're interested in fermented and gut microbiome.
Like, if you're gonna discuss this stuff (as you would in Raw Milk discussions) then yes you'd have to know it... Otherwise, just eat healthy and BE ACTIVE

[Often times I see people searching for a Panacea in their foods and it comes in so many forms. Carni, keto, raw milk, raw honey, raw.... But then you assess them healthwise and see they're dyels, don't lift or exercise.
There's no Panacea, there's no specific food to add that'll fix you up. It takes time and effort and exercise to do that.]
