Is there any benefit to taking a week off from lifting?

You come back stronger

I got sick with dengue and lost a shit ton of muscle and going back to the gym was humiliating but after 2 sessions you bounce back and you gain more muscle than if you didn't rest for a week

I'm not sick but just feel fatigued. Would a week off benefit me?

Deload week is a must if you've been consistently at it for a while.

I lift heavy every 2 weeks and I’m still built like a tank with bone crushing natural power

This is bullshit. I'm always a bit weaker when I come back.
I hate taking time off because it sucks with my momentum which takes a lot to restart.
