I heard today that it's a meme that Americans are always drinking water. I drink 8-10 28 oz containers per day. Do other countries really not hydrate?
>>76453306 (OP)>7.5L/daynigga you need to stop drinking water
>>76453306 (OP)You're supposed to drink it all at once, a few glasses a day but the whole glass at once. Americans sip it which isn't good for water retention. The body gets used to always having water coming in like an IV, which is obviously not good for athletics.
Im on 5/6 litres a day but im seen as a freak by everyone, i dont care, water helps a lot
>>76453306 (OP)My pet theory is that american water recommendations are so high because they eat an insane amount of processed food and thus, salt
>>76453306 (OP)Just drink when you're thirsty.

The fact (((they))) convinced billions of people they NEED to DRINK water is one of (((their))) biggest Ws. Water in nature is toxic more often than not, our ancestors barely drank any water, if at all. Hydration is not a complex matter, you don't need to chug gallons of water (especially modern "water") you just need to eat a good fat-based diet for all the hydration you need.
>>76453306 (OP)i used to be retarded like you anon u'll grow out of this phase and realize water spamming is a total meme
>>76453658I read something along the lines of East Asian countries eating twice the amount of (American standard) recommended salt.
>>76453906Salt is necessary. It's not toxic. In fact, eating too little salt is becoming more common.
>>76453306 (OP)You're actively fucking your kidneys by drinking that much water.
