Tahini or almond butter is more healthy. PB has 50g og mostly monosaturated fats that has your cardiovascular system laboring like a turbine at Hoover dam and significantly weaker micronootrient profile than either of the other. Almond butter is probably the best all-rounder - great monounsaturated profile (oleic acid = same stuff as olive oil)
