nice trips but i did only x3 Full body this year and after 4 months the workouts became brutal and took me almost 2h and I had to switch to PPxLx so i can focus where i want to grow more. You are generalizing a lot, also 3 times per week as you say can mean a lot of things but full body it's harder than UL
