do you do cardio?
I've noticed that doing cardio curbs my appetite for some odd reason (one would think it would be the other way around)

before I could eat 2000 per day and still crave more
now I have to force myself on some days to eat more than 1400

Yeah I do cardio every other day (3 miles on my off days from the gym) and to be frank it actually makes things because my brain will tell me I can eat more on a run day since I ran.

Getting /fit is a mental game. Get used to losing battles. Learn. Evolve. Even the best of us don't always win.

Play around with your caloric deficit. Maybe go a little less hard? It's all about long term consistency.

I’m for sure -500 mate. I’m 73kg 176cm and do 10k steps and lift hard x4 a week and 20min cardio on top of that on lifting days. Plus weight drops, I was 74.5 2 weeks ago

seems you are dialed in. i'm on the same track doing cutting now. 85kg 187cm and do 10km walking daily and lift hard 3-4x a week. also losing fat fast.

i've done this a few times now over the last 5 years. my advice is do the refeed at least 5 days every two weeks. don't go over TDEE and keep the cardio/gym. also don't increase the weights as the caloric high will fuck up something in your body if you do so. increasing weights is for bulking not for refeeding stages.

not sure how common the above is but it works wonders for me. i'm on 14-15% bf now going back down to 12. should take about a month or 2-3 total with life and all.

refeeding is not a meme. you'll feel it in your hormonal state. expect libido and confidence to go trough the roof.

5 days seems too much your cut will take a month longer if you do it 4 times in the span of 8 weeks. My libido and confidence is indeed down the past 5 days and i feel flat as shit like i've never touched any weights in my life although i can lift 100kg bench for 4-5 reps still. Really weird.

What's your desired bodyweight? also how many steps are 10km walking? This is shit
