the problem with all these studies involving what works and what doesn't is there always seems to be someone with a vested interest in one way or the other, so its hard to be sure how accurate the results truly are, it doesn't help that a crapload of them contradict each other, so clearly some sort of chicanery it going on. I kind wish there was some rich eccentric billionaire type that made no assumption and truly wanted to known purely out of intellectual curiosity and pulls a stunt, where he starts funding a bunch of studies for something unrelated to weight loss, perhaps drugs or multivitamins for boners or or hell maybey just studying the effects of cubicles on health. the studies claiming to be studying something else while having strict diet control on subjects for i guess science reasons: low carb high fat, high fat low carb, and various other combinations of other marco ratios and diets. . so the when the inevitable meddling of the powers that be do happen they are not aware of what the guys true purpose is and so what they are manipulating arn't sqewing the actual results in one way to anyones favor.

Alright. Struggling to hit my goal weight of 160, so Im calling it at 162. Gonna just maintain until I go to japan in a week and a half. After hitting a goal weight of 156 from 250 last year, I really wanted to try bulking while lifting. It was a lot of fun and I got to eat whatever I wanted for over year. I dont know if I can recommend such a dirty bulk like I did, but I gained quality size and was able to keep the muscle as I dieted off the fat slowly over about 4 months. Bulked up to 186 and got down to 162, arguably leaner than I was at 156. Here's my weight loss and gain timeline.

March 2024 Top Right: 156
April 2025 Bottom Left: 186
August 2025 Bottom Right: 162
Diet was 1800-2000 calories a day and 140g+ protein. Ate mostly yogurt, lean ground turkey, chick fila sandwiches and salads, ninja creami protein ice cream, and roasted veggies. Lifted 4-5x a week with a full active recovery deload week every 5th week. Cardio near daily. Started with 20 minutes of stationary bike and then ramped up to 45-90 minutes per day depending on how I felt. Lots of nights I got woken up from the leg doms and my legs stiffening up. Im now doing 30 mins of hill sprints 3-5x a week to peak my cardio. My goal when Im back and lean bulking is to increase my running speed as much as possible and get a bit bigger. All I can say is try to follow a progressive overload weightlifting routine when you hit your goal weight, accept a bit of rebound weight (maybe not 30 lb like me lol) and make the most of it to grow some muscle! Now its just time to hold this weight for a bit and let loose in japan. Good luck with the weight loss and if you have questions let me know.

There were a few days of fasting completely I think. Not many and I don't think any 2 consecutive days.
But if just minor intermittent fasting and occasional fasting is enough to maintain then switching to actual fasting should have the weight go down quickly.

All of the hair on the bottom helf of my legs (below the shins) fell off because of reduced bloodflow/circulation from being so horridly fat and sedentary. After about 7 months of exercising and some fat loss, the hair is gradually returning to my legs. The left leg is regrowing hair much faster than the right for some reason, but I'm just glad it's growing back at all. They might look completely normal again before this time next year.

Level 2: Elementary arithmetics
We can use parentheses to skip a step (now you're playing with math)

Level 3: Moving the decimal
Since we are dividing by 100, we can actually just move the decimal two times. We can do this in our head and we really only need a calculator for the multiplication
76 calories per 100 grams. I move the decimal in 76 two times = 0,76.
Let's say its a three digit number instead 776 calories per 100 grams, I move the decimal twice and it'd be 7,76
