Probably. My ppint is that assuming OP's diet is healthy, drinking that latte or not won't have any health issues in the long run.
I'm no nutritionist and I'm not educatedon this subject, so I use a low IQ approach to eating healthy. For me, healthy stuff is non-processed foods. That is, single ingredient foods. The less stuff on the label, the better. Examples:
Sausages made by my local butcher using only meat and spices are healthier than packaged sausages filled with preservatives, flavpr enhancers, coloring and shit.
Orange juice thst I freshly dqueezed myself is healthier than storebought.
Homecooked meals ate hralthoer than prepacked dinners for one.
That sort of stuff.
Also eat lots of colors when it comes to vegetables, the more colors the more nutrients.
Not the most accirate or scientific approach, I know, but works for me.
